Terms of Use – Soika Accounting Automation
These Terms of Use apply to Soika Accounting Automation, an internal business application operated by 4606307 Nova Scotia LTD, doing business as Soika Grocery.
1. Purpose
Soika Accounting Automation is intended solely for internal accounting, bookkeeping, document processing, reconciliation and related business operations.
It is not offered as a public consumer service.
2. Authorized Use
Access is limited to employees, contractors and other persons specifically authorized by 4606307 Nova Scotia LTD.
Users must not:
- provide unauthorized persons with access;
- misuse credentials or connected accounts;
- attempt to interfere with the application or connected systems;
- use the application for unlawful purposes.
3. Connected Services
The application may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and other authorized business systems.
Use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
4. Accounting Review
Automated processing may assist with classification, extraction and preparation of accounting information. Information may require human review before being relied upon or posted to accounting systems.
The application is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
5. Data and Security
Business data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
6. Availability
The application may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Termination of Access
4606307 Nova Scotia LTD may revoke access at any time if a user is no longer authorized or violates these Terms.
