Soika Accounting Automation is an internal business application operated by 4606307 Nova Scotia LTD, doing business as Soika Grocery.
The application is used to support internal accounting, bookkeeping, document processing, reconciliation, and financial administration.
Information we may process
The application may access and process business information from authorized systems, including:
- QuickBooks Online company and accounting information;
- vendors, bills, expenses, payments, credits and chart of accounts;
- accounting documents, invoices, receipts and related attachments;
- business email content and attachments relevant to accounting;
- information required to authenticate and connect authorized accounts.
How information is used
Information is used only for legitimate internal business purposes, including:
- accounting and bookkeeping automation;
- document classification and data extraction;
- reconciliation and duplicate detection;
- preparation and maintenance of accounting records;
- internal review and reporting.
We do not sell personal or business information.
Information may be processed by third-party service providers necessary to operate the application, including Intuit QuickBooks, Google services and AI/data-processing service providers. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide the functionality of the application.
Data security

Data retention
Business information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, operational, legal or regulatory purposes.
Your choices
Authorized users may disconnect QuickBooks or other connected services at any time. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion of information can be submitted to us.
