Return & Refund Policy — Soika.ca
At Soika Grocery, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from soika.ca.
1. Perishable Goods
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable items, including but not limited to:
Fresh produce
Dairy products
Meats, sausages, and fish
Baked goods
Frozen or refrigerated items
If a perishable item you received is spoiled, expired, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Include a photo and description of the issue. We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
2. Non-Perishable Goods
We accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase/delivery if the item is:
Unopened and in original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us at info@soika.ca within 3 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping and ensure the correct item is sent or provide a refund/credit.
4. In-Store Returns
Items purchased online can also be returned to any Soika Grocery location with proof of purchase, subject to the same conditions above.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of:
Missing or altered packaging
Items marked “Final Sale”
Abuse of the return policy
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Store credit may be issued more quickly upon request.
